Eric McDonnell holds 25+ years of experience enabling government and commercial business processes with IT, from systems development and project management to IT strategic planning and IT investment management. He has supported the development of IT strategies, developing EA target architectures and transition strategies, conducting outreach initiatives to subordinate and peer organizations, and providing direct support to government executives. He has expertise in designing, implementing, and executing IT governance, capital planning and investment control (CPIC), IT budget submission, and ancillary processes in support of achieving business strategies. Eric currently advises a Federal agency’s OCIO in its capital planning, TBM, EA, and IT governance.
Eric holds his M.S., Information Systems (concentration in Software Systems Engineering), George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia; M.S., Operations Management, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas; and B.S., Biology, University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
